eFileCabinet is now Revver.

SILICON SLOPES, Utah — eFileCabinet, the document and content management platform dedicated to helping professionals focus on the work that matters most, today announced the hiring of Michael Plante as Chief Marketing Officer.

In the newly created role of Chief Marketing Officer, Plante is responsible for leading the company’s marketing strategies across segments, channels, and geographies as eFileCabinet continues to disrupt the market for productivity solutions that help companies manage and secure important content assets and automate workflows.

Plante comes to eFileCabinet with a successful history of delivering marketing-driven impact on business growth and category leadership. Prior to joining eFileCabinet, he was the CMO at Shape Security, a fast-growing provider of web application security software which was acquired by F5 Networks. He previously served in a variety of executive positions driving growth at Forcepoint, InsideSales, Citrix and Symantec.

“Mike brings significant experience with accelerating revenue growth and scaling to address the needs of customers from small businesses to very large enterprises,” said eFileCabinet Chief Executive Officer Jesse Wood. “He will have an immediate impact on the markets we can serve as we help a growing set of customers securely automate and manage important content across distributed workforces.”

“I think eFileCabinet has a very unique and exciting opportunity to help our customers grow and thrive with solutions that are exponentially more important in a COVID and post-COVID world,” Plante said. “Work isn’t going back to the old ‘normal’…teams and processes will be more distributed and yet need to be more productive. We help customers understand how they can achieve their desired business outcome and thrive in that environment.”

Plante will report to Wood and will be based in the company’s Lehi, Utah headquarters.
