In that announcement we teased some exciting new developments coming down the pipe in the near future. We’re excited to share that we have a new and improved product experience ready for our customers to try now.
Introducing the new Revver product experience!
What is Revver? It’s the latest development in improving document-driven work, with an emphasis on being faster, more powerful, and easier to use. It’s built with our focus of putting your documents to work for you, and transforming document-dependent work from a burdensome task to a powerful source of growth and business impact. Revver is the next evolution of Rubex, taking everything you love and updating it to be more modern, intuitive, and helpful.
“We’re excited about the new Revver product experience and have already seen that the updates have been helpful for our customers who have tried it,” said Revver Chief Product Officer David Graham. “The updates are based on customer research, through surveys and calls listening to customers and their goals.”
A key goal we’ve heard from customers is to be able to easily and efficiently manage their document-dependent work, and the new experience is built around that – with a cleaner, simpler user experience, updated navigation making valuable features easier to find quickly, and a new homepage that surfaces the most important documents and work that apply to you.
“We’ve already been gathering feedback from customers using a beta version of the experience and have been making improvements,” Graham said. “We hope these updates make it even easier for our customers to get their most important document-dependent work done.”
This upgrade is free and optional for our customers and none of your files or settings will change. When logging into your current Revver account, you’ll be granted the option to switch over to the new experience. It’s that easy! Plus you can revert back to the previous interface at any time.
We want you to explore the new interface and see for yourself the many improvements to navigation and performance. Most importantly, we want to hear from you about what you think about the new Revver product experience. Leave us feedback and let us know what you like and what needs improvement. You can find the option in the new experience, just under the Help menu.
